Fall 2001 Events in Pictures
Just in time for the September 1 "E Ho`omau Ia", our annual fall concert at Kawaiaha`o Church, and at the invitation of the church's Board of Trustees, all four Hall of Fame koa exhibits were moved into the Church sanctuary.

Kawaiaha`o Trustee Board Vice President, Kaina Waia`u views the display panel of Na Lani Eha, the acknowledged patrons of Hawaii's significant music culture.

Guests gather around the exhibits to read the stories and view pictures of the twenty-five inductees honored so far. Many of the photos are from private collections on view for the first time.

Advisory Board music archivist, Harry Soria (far left) has the full attention of (left to right) Kahauanu Lake, Nina Keali`iwahamana and newly-elected Director Michael "Buddy" McGuire.

Treasurer "Miki" Bowers (left) shares a personal Hawaiian music tale with Director Dick Rodby (center) and Holly Soria (right).
